Engagement data
Before sensitive client information is shared, the engagement should document the intended purpose, approved tools, access boundaries, retention expectations and any required contractual protections.
Third-party services
Where an approved service provider is used for email delivery, hosting, analytics or AI-supported work, the relevant handling terms and controls should be assessed for the engagement. Marketing statements do not override the applicable service agreement or client contract.
